None. All our bread products are made with unbleached wheat flour. We stand by the promise of eating clean, carbs included.

- 3 days in room temperature - 1 week in the refrigerator - 1 month in the freezer It's shorter than others because our bread makes use of natural ingredients only.

If bread is already at room temperature, just pop into the toaster directly. If bread is being taken out from the refrigerator or freezer, this would be the best way to do it: 1. Set your toaster to highest setting 2. Turn the power off once it gets very hot 3. Put the cold or frozen bread into the toaster 4. Let it crisp up in residual heat for five (5) minutes This warms the bread nicely on the inside without burning the outside. It’s as good as when freshly baked!
