Food for the Family
Our family has been in the bread manufacturing business for over 20 years.

In 2002, we started with a mass-market bakery franchise where we maintained and managed five branches across Metro Manila.
​
We then shifted our focus completely to supplying businesses with a healthy line of bread products in 2007 with McRAF Bagels and Buns. (The name McRAF was formed by taking the first letter of each of the 5 children's names.)
We continue to distribute in supermarkets like Robinson's, SM, Landmark, etc. and we provide food establishments, big and small, with a variety of custom-made bread products.
After learning and experimenting with healthy bread recipes for 10 years, we started a modest out-of-home distribution in 2017 to cater to the personal requests of family, close friends, and neighbors. This laid the foundation for Bread at Burgos, our brand with an advocacy that focuses on eating clean and being mindful of what you consume.
We offer clean bread that uses the most basic ingredients and steers clear of preservatives and improvers. Our products are made with unbleached wheat flour, sea salt, raw sugar, antibiotic-free eggs, coconut oil, and fresh produce as they apply. Our recipes are concocted, perfected, and are being improved on by our mom in her tireless effort to feed her kids and grandkids with the most nourishing food possible.

It’s the same clean bread we ourselves eat at home. That's why we've called it such. It’s also how our neighbors, our first and primary patrons, have come to know us -- the house on Burgos Street where you can pick up your supply of fresh and healthy bread.

Bread at Burgos is our way of sharing with the community all the learnings we’ve gained from years of operating in the bread industry and all the benefits we’ve experienced in striving to provide the healthiest home for our family. Because of what it’s done for us, for our late dad especially, we are drawn to sharing with you all the health benefits and the transformative potential of clean eating in the way that we know.
